Candace's pedigree follows: Phineas <Joseph <Abraham < John <Nathaniel <Nathaniel <John <John <John <Thomas (born 1444, Wherstead, Suffolk County, England-died about 1480, Wherstead).
Nathaniel, the father of John, is the immigrant. He was born 4 May 1601 in Wherstead and married on 23 September 1633 in Wherstead. He died 16 March 1654/1655 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. His descendants to Candace lived in Connecticut.
