Hello-I am NOT related to this family-just posting info found in an old obit for those who might be related:
Sophia(Rogers) Beadle b:Mendon,Monroe Co. N Y-0/6/1821 d:10/23/1891 SARANAC, MICHIGAN- married in 1840(at the old home) She was the wife of JOHN BEADLE. Had 6 children-> 2 sons and one daughter still living at the time of her death. Beadle's moved to Michigan in 1854-lived in Ypsilanti, Coldwater,Lowell, Ionia -then moved to SARANAC in 1869 where SOPHIA died. Her funeral was on a Sunday=preacher was J W Arney-M.E.CHURCH. She was also a memeber of the ROYAL TEMPLAR of TEMPERANCE
