That Web site has Hiram Walker, born about 1788, perhaps in Westmoreland, Cheshire County, New Hampshire. He married Cynthia Skinner on 8 January 1829. Cynthia was born 10 September 1792, definitely in Westmoreland.
Cynthia is the daughter of Timothy Skinner, born about 1760 in Mansfield, Bristol County, Massachusetts. He died on 17 July 1843, in Westmoreland. He married Ruth Warner on 15 September 1790 in Westmoreland.
Ruth Warner's father and grandfather were both named Joshua. Her paternal grandmother is Mary Hutchins, born 2 September 1712 in Haverhill, Essex County. She married Joshua (born 16 May 1709 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts) on 29 January 1731 in Bradford, Essex County, Massachusetts. Mary Hutchin's pedigree follows: John <Joseph <John.
http://www.familysearch.org has Francis Walker in the 1880 Census. He is a 56-year-old white, married farmer found in Almond, Allegany County, New York. Both of his parents were born in New York. He was born about 1824. This presumably is not Francis Skinner Walker.
