Need current road names for JERSEY ROAD and CANASTOTA ROAD in Town of Sullivan.

The 1920 Census records my HOTCHKISS family as living on CANASTOTA ROAD in the TOWN OF SULLIVAN, MADISON CO., NEW YORK. The adjacent road was recorded as JERSEY ROAD. I can't find either of these names on the current maps and am hoping that someone might know what these roads are now called. Thanks in advance for your help and insights.
