It appears that Mary (Polly) Edson, dau of Nathan and Mary Hall Edson, married three times. First to John Devine in 1793, had one child Mary. Second (after becoming widowed) to Daniel Thurston in 1797, son of Job Thurston, and lastly to Michael Tooke about 1820 following the death of Daniel. By her second marriage it appears that she had six (possibly seven) children: Hiram (1802), Minerva (c1805), Marshall Jefferson (1807), Lydia (c1810), John (1812), Melinda (1816), and possibly Marquis LaFayette "Thurstin" (1807/08).

I have information on the descendants of most of the children as well as many other Thurstons that have yet to be connected.
