Why dont you write to the Madison County Historical Society, Main Street, Oneida, NY and get the zip from your postmaster by phone. They have alot of info about everything in the county, have pamphlets and booklets, maybe one about Eaton in general. I feel sure you can find info about the mill from them. They have at Eaton an upper and lower millpond. I checked the Madison County History and didnt find the mill but it must have been there. Good luck.
