how to contact Pennycook Cemetery, Town of Portage?

I'm very confused. A Google search indicates two Pennycook Cemeteries located very close together, one (possibly) in Wayne County and the one we need to contact in the Town of Portage, Livingston County, but the Livingston County GenWeb page doesn't list it. Can anyone help with a mailing address and/or telephone, please?

The question is about available lots in a family plot, so we need to contact the cemetery officials.
