Seeking information about a John Williams who moved to Geneseo twp, Ontario (now Livingston) CO in 1819 from Granville twp, Washington CO NY. I assume he died in Geneseo before 1850. Also seeking information about his presumed son David (b. 1798) who appears in 1830 and 1840 census in Geneseo. I believe that John may have been the father of a Marilla Williams, b 1815, presumably in Granville, Washington CO.
