When you say "their website", I'm assuming that you are referring to the website of the Diocese of Brooklyn? In any event, all sacramental records remain with the parishes. You wouldn't find anything at the Brooklyn Diocesan Archives. The Diocese of Brooklyn is not a diocese where the parishes send their old sacramental records to the diocesan archives. The parishes keep them.

As to the priest/brother: Your first step would be to find him in old editions of the Official Catholic Directory.
