Either of those streets without a house number makes locating a church very difficult. First St. is about 1.5 miles long from Carroll Gardens to Prospect Park.

There is no Heywood St. in Brooklyn. Perhaps you meant Heyward.

In either case, where they lived after their marriage probably will not lead you to the Church. Traditionally, the marriage was performed in the parish of the bride. Have you found Kate's 1902 immigration (according to 1920 census)? That might give a lead as to where she was in the year or 2 leading up to the marriage.
