Thanks for checking that. You're right. I notified the municipal archives about my error in filling out the birth certificate request form.

I found Edward Patrick Laragy in the census:
1900, Stonington CT, age 10
1910, Manhattan, NY, age 20
1920 ?
1930 Newark, NJ, age 40

P.S. Thanks also to Helen Foley who found: Edward Patrick Laragy, born Feb 2, 1890, N.Y.N.Y. Employed by the Coca Cola Co. Info from, W.W.1 Registration Card 1917-1918.
