What you have Duane is a Tyler Coverlet which are a classic part of this countys history. Many families have these now in their possession if they are lucky. I would contact the Jefferson County Historical Society, Washington St. Watertown, New York 13601, or the south Jefferson Historical Society, P.O. Box Adams, New York 13605 or the Henderson Historical Society, P.O. Box Henderson , NY 13650 for more information, or use the internet to do a search for Tyler Coverlet. Laura is no longer the county historian, the job was taken away and given to another person in the county clerks office. best bet for info would be check the internet or the above sources. Also, Genealogy Dept. Flower memorial Library, Washington St. Watertown, New York 13601 sincerely, Gary Leland "Rhodes
