Seeking information on the descendants, and parentage, of Adella Corey, born in Michigan in 1800's, married Marvin Steele and moved from Mason, Vevay twp., Ingham co., Mich. to Watertown, Jefferson co., N.Y. They had at least one daughter---I have a photo of Adella and her daughter. The family may have also lived near Watkins Glen in Schuyler co., N.Y.?? some time in the 1910'-1930' or before or after that time??? Adella was daughter of Andrew Corey b. 5 Sept. 1835 N.Y., d. 25 Oct. 1906 Vevay twp., Ingham co., Mich. and Marie Handy b. 1845?, d. bef. 1906 " " ". Adella had a brother Fred, and sisters Nellie b. 1865 and Addie b. 186__? in Mich.--she married Charles McCarty.
