marriage record from about 1830 in Pamelia by Justice of the Peace

I have a pension application from an elderly woman trying to remember the details of her marriage fifty years prior. She said she was married in Parmela, St. Lawrence County, New York (that must have been Jefferson County) in November 1830 by a Justice of the Peace. She thought his name was George Woodard. Could any of these records still exist someplace? Where? I appreciate your help. I found a George Woodard in Child's Business Directory of Worth in Worth Center. But I don't know the date of the Directory.
