Sherry,

Reuben Morse is on the 1910 census in Carrolton, Saginaw Co. MI. with wife Ellen & children Raymond, Clayton, Ernest & Norah. In 1920 Ellen is in Carrolton as Ellen Reynolds with Clayton, Ernest & Nora. She is listed as single but there is a marriage record for Ellen Scoville Morse to a Reynolds for 1918 in Saginaw Co. Reuben must have died between 1910 & 1918. The county clerk in Saginaw would have his death record. There is a marriage record for Reuben Morse in Flint, Genesee Co., MI. dated 30 Oct. 1893. He married Ellen Scoville. His parents names are given as E. Morse & Mary Dickison (could be Dickinson).

There is also a marriage record for a Julia Morse dated 1904 in Shiawassee Co, MI. Her parents are Reuben Morse & Margaret Secord. Don`t know if this is your Reuben. He is on the 1900 with Ellen in Isabella Co., MI but has no dau. Julia with him.

You can search the Michigan marriage, birth & death indexes for some years at: http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0
