I can't be sure that all of these census records relate to the same family as there was another Jacob and Jane Slater who lived in Ulster County, NY around the same time. 1855 census - Coxsackie, Greene County, New York [transcribed and published by Fred Q. If you could get your hands on the microfilm at your local LDS Family History Center, that would provide much more detailed information. There is a Sarah Tiel buried in the Waldron Brandow Cemetery in Coxsackie. Unfortunately her gravestone was repaired, making her year of death illegible. Sarah Tiel died 9 Oct 18-- aged 87 years.
