Christine,
I looked at the census pages again but there are no road names or numbers on the 1880, 1900 or 1910 census. By 1900 some of the larger cities & towns used street names on the census but seldom in rural areas like Byron. By 1920 the Farrent`s road was named South Holley but had no road number. In 1900 Peter & Mary Farrent were Byron with son Earle & Howard C. Benham, age 4, grandson; in 1910 they were still in Byron with Sidney Benham, 15, listed as "boarder". By 1920 the couple was alone in Byron & Sidney Farrant, age 25, was at 518 S. Main in Batavia with wife Amparo, & son James, 4. He is listed as having no occupation.
If you have the names of your house`s owners after the Benhams. I can check for them on the census. There was a Clifford Benham family living close to the Farrants in 1900. They are listed on the same page of the census. I think Clifford may have been a nephew of Curtis Benham.
