I found the Benham`s on the 1880 & 1900 census, see below. Also, the family is in this database at Rootsweb`s WorldConnect:

In 1900 Howard Benham is living with his parents. I`m curious since an article I found on the Monroe Co. Mail list says he was convicted of the murder of his wife in July of 1897. Was he not imprisoned?
