Ron, the Thwing Cemetery is still there, kept mowed, most stones in decent shape. I will try and get over there in the next couple of days (it's only a couple of miles from me) to see if the stone of James Waterman is still there. There are still Watermans in the area. Have you contacted the Town of Stafford historian?
