In the 1930 census, John E. Lovejoy is listed as clergyman/ministry without identifying the his church. However, he and his wife, Mary lived on Park Row, probably today's Park Street. This might have been the parsonage for the nearby Presbyterian Church at 58 Main St, Millerton, NY. If this is not the church he may have pastored try the following search techniques:

Do a search on GOOGLE for Churches- Millerton, NY, you'll get a list of churches with phone numbers. Try calling a few or email them. They would very likely be happy to help you. The mainline churches are more likely to have been there in the 1930s. Millerton is not a big place.
