18th/19th Century RANDALLs (CT) & STAFFORDs Connction in Delaware County, NY

My main goal for posting this message is to try to determine who Daniel Randall and Sarah Stafford fit into these families, based on several other Randalls and Staffords of the time marrying each other.

Daniel and Sarah Randall had at least one child, Sarah born about 1823, possibly in Westchester or Delaware County, NY. Sarah married Abram or Abraham Lockwood. Daniel and Sarah also lived in Nasonville, Delaware County, NY.

Thomas Washington Randall(1780-1867) married Ruth Stafford (1786-?)in 1805 or 1808. Among their children were Daniel and Sarah Esther. Thomas and Ruth also lived in Masonville and nearby Chenango County, NY. They are burid in Delaware County, NY.

Orrin or Orman Randall married Esther Stafford (1805-?) in 1833. Among their children are Ruth. Orrin and Esther lived in Chenango County, NY,PA and MS.

Sophia Randall (1797-1854) married John Stafford (1793-?) in 1816. Among their children is Orinda. They lived in NY.

Thomas Washington and Orrin or Orman are sometimes listed as children of Arunah or Aruna (1757-1800)Randall and Ruth Gates. They lived in CT.

Ruth, John and Ester are children of Isaac Stafford (1757-1800) and Kesiah Slafter (1766-?). They were married in 1786 in VT. There is also a daughter named Sarah born in 1803. She married Hiram Snow. Could she have married twice?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Tom Nevlud,
Raleigh, NC
