Descendents of William Telford and Elizabeth Clark

My g-g-g-grandparents were William Telford (born c.1775) and Elizabeth Clark (born c.1779). They came to the US from the Selkirkshire area of the Borders in Scotland sometime between 1813 and 1816.

Their five children were:

1.Elizabeth, b. 17 Jan. 1804, Ashkirk Parish
(married John Miller and had two children)

2.William, b. 19 Nov. 1806, Ashkirk Parish (MY-G-G-GRANDFATHER)
(married twice, I believe. First wife MAY have been Margaret Doig) and there MAY have been one child, Walter C. Telford, from that union)
Second wife was Isabella(Esabella) Ruby and they had 7 children: William (MY G-G-GRANDFATHER), Ellizabeth, Alexander, Grace, Margaret, Isabella and John.

3. Grace, b. 17 June 1808, Roberton parish
married Timothy Sanderson and had 6 children

4. Margaret, b. 13 September 1813, Roberton parish
married Walter Forrest and had 4 children

5. John, b. Oct. 1816 in Bovina Center, Delaware County, NY
married Ellen (Ella ?) Turnbull, became a doctor and had 6 children.

I have more details about some descendents, particularly of the William Telfords but would like to know more about the ancestry of William and Elizabeth. I have checked the parish records mentioned, but have not found anything more.
The information that I have about the birthdates and places of these people is on a slip of paper in my g-g-grandfather's handwriting.
