Does anyone have the 1810 and 1820 US Censuses of Delaware County? I would appreciate the details of the following two listings (spellings as found in an on-line index), which are probably the same Hector Cowan:
1810 - Cowan, Hictor, 12101-30010, p. 489
1820 - Cowen, Hector, Stamford, p. 087
(The numbers in the 1810 listing appear in the Township space. I don't know what they mean.)
