Hi Maureen: I have completely checked this Wilcox family out and found they are no way connected to my Wilcox family. The David Senior in this family you have found is a Doctor if I recall correctly. But, in the meantime, I have found my Wilcox family Maureen. They originated in Rhode Island, moved to New York and in May 1798 came to Canada.
The Parents of David Jr. and Stephen and Abel Wilcox are David Wilcox Sr., and Content Lewis, (Davids second wife, of Rhode Island.
This David Sr. married 2 women named Content but we are unable to find the last name of the first Content he married and had at least 3 children with.
