Hi Helen, I took you query to the Cortland Co. Hist. Soc. the other day. They have a book called "Records of Revolutionary Soldiers of Cortland County New York State with Unpublished Genealogical Notes". I copied page 111 for you, this list's Benajah Story with notes about his family. It states that Benajah's grave was obliterated. This means one of two things, either the stone was destroyed for one reason or another or he was burried in the cemetery that was in town at one time. In 1867 the stones, and most of the bodies, were dug up and relocated to the Glenwood Cemetery. Also, did you know that Benajah and Ann had 17 children? They are all listed here with their birth dates along with Benajah's military information. We were unable to find where Ann and the children are burried. If you would like me to send you this copy, email me with your mailing address and I'll get it right out to you. If there is anything more I can help you with, just ask.

Laura
