Hi, My great grandfather Charles REINBOLT (b. 4 Jan 1868, Alsace-Lorraine, France - d. 9 Apr 1959, Peekskill. Burial at the Assumption Cemetary, Cortland)and his wife Catherine BECK (b. Dec 1868, NY) once lived in the township of Cortandt, NY (according to 1930 census) and for many years in Peekskill, Westchester County, NY. My ggrandfather has been known to have owned a lot of real estate in and around Peekskill, and NYC.
I would appreciate any info on my great grandparents and on the REINBOLT name in these parts.
Charles and Catherine had three children:
Louisa Reinbolt (b. 1895, NY)
Arthur Reinbolt (my grandfather, b. 23 Nov 1896, NY)
Martha (Mary Martha)Reinbolt (b. 1907, NY),
-married Lester M. McCOY of Peekskill, the son of Ernest B. McCOY.
