In the 1920 US Fed Census
Glazier Township, Stetsman County, ND, Dwelling 29, Family 30.
Cooley, Silas Head 58 OH/NY/NY Farmer
Cooley, Mildred Wife 25 WI/OH/IL
Cooley, Hattie Dau 6 ND/OH/WI
Cooley, Henry Son 5 ND/OH/WI
Cooley, Grace Dau 7 ND/OH/WI Attended School
Cooley, Lora Dau 1yr 10 mos ND/OH/WI
Bennet, Vetta Boarder 23 IA/IA/IA Rural School Teacher
In the next house there is the family of Scott (Age 62) and Pearl (Age 27) Cooley. Oddly enough Pearl is also born in WI and parents are OH/IL. If I had to make an educated guess I would say that Mildred and Pearl are sisters. Look at the age difference between husband and wife.
