Wishing to correspond with those working on this BARNES family:

(Please note, numbers refer to generations. Same number is equal to same generation.)

2) Joseph Barnes
b. 19 Dec 1795, Washington Co. NY
d. 13 January 1870, Spring Prairie, Walworth Co, WI (74 years old)
-Cause of death Typhoid pneumonia & gangrene of the lungs.
-Buried Hickory Grove Cemetery, Spring Priairie
m. Lovina Yaw

3) Henry D Barnes
b. Sherbourne NY
m. Mary L. Barnes (?unsure if this was also her maiden name)
b. Elkhorn, WI

4) Joseph Barnes
b. 23 Dec 1873 Spring Prairie, WI
d. 29 Dec 1873 Spring Prairie, WI
4) Julia A. Barnes
b. 1 Jan 1875 Spring Prairie, WI
d. 18 November 1876 Spring Prairie, WI

All info was gathered from death certs of Joseph Barnes (the elder), and Joseph & Julia
children of Henry, on file in Elkhorn, Walworth Co. Wisconsin.

Am wishing to correspond with those working on this BARNES family to see if there might be a
connection with my Washington County New York Barns / Barnes, (Susannah or Susanna)
who married David CONGDON. There is a connection to Palmyra, Jefferson Co. Wisconsin which is very close to Spring Prairie, Walworth Co WI. My Susannah was also in Clinton Co, New York. She was born approximately 1775.

Thank you,
Unette LEMKE
