I am trying to research the Moon family. As far back as I've gotten is my gr gr gr grandfather, Ira Moon. He was born abt. 1827 and died August 1, 1886 in North Norwich, Chenango CO., NY. He had two brothers, Alanson Bishop Moon and Orris Moon, and two sisters, Dorcas Moon and Emma Moon. His mother's name was Deborah, maiden name unknown, born Abt. 1790 in Rhode Island. Any information about Ira's parents would be greatly appreciated.
