Need obit for Charles Wands 1914-1981 Elmira NY

Am trying to locate parents of Edith Grace Wands b. 188? d. abt. 1916 Avoca NY. I believe Charles Wands b. 13 Apr 1914 d. Oct 1981 is a nephew or cousin to Edith. Hoping locating his obit will help give some clues to Edith. She m. William Austin. I have lost the dates for Wm. and Edith along the way in my moves. All I know from family tales is her family lived in Elmira area and was told there was a relative Charles Wands still living there in the '70s. Any help is greatly appreciated.
