BROWN/MEEKER Families, 1830's in Chemung Co.

I am looking for info on Hiram Brown who married Polly Meeker. Hiram was a carpenter, builder, and wheelwright by trade. They had 5 children, one of whom is Albert Meeker Brown born Sept. 22, 1837. The info I have says in Veteran, Chemung Co., NY. Other info I have says Van Etten, NY. If anyone has any information please email me.
