The Harmony Town Hall is located in Ashville, while the North Harmony Town Hall is located in Stow. The two towns abut.

Historically they were one Town.

Stedman is located in the Town of North Harmony.

A search of the interment records of North Harmony reveal no individual named William Allen ( http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nychauta/CEMETERY/Cem_list.htm#NHARMONY ).
