I am interested in learning if John Butler had any sisters who married a Dunham. Milley Sawtell was the sister of my ggggrandfather, Edmund Sawtell. Her parents were John Sawtell and Hannah Gaines. The family started out in Vermont/New Hampshire and moved to Binghamton, New York around 1788. I know her brothers Edmund and Levi moved with their families to Scipio county by 1800, and then to Erie county, New York. Several of Edmund's children settled in Michigan. Do you have any information on John Butler's siblings? My gggrandmother, Lureny Sawtell, daughter of Edmund and neice to Milley, married a William Butler Dunham around the time of the War of 1812. William enlisted from Monroe County, so I am supposing his family had settled there.
