Goodrich & Ames - 1881 in Fredonia

Seeking info on Ames family of Ephrocene (aka Phrocine, Uphorseen, and "Sene") Goodrich, b. 1838, probably in Davenport, Delaware Co., NY, where she lived in 1855. In the late 1850s, she may have lived in Camppville, Tioga Co., NY. In 1868 she m. John T. Ames, probably in Tioga Co., PA or Steuben Co., NY. I believe she later taught at the Fredonia School for Girls. I have a letter she wrote from Fredonia in 1881 in which she mentions two children: Mary Ames, who would appear to ba at least 6 and Charles Ames, who would appear to be at least 3.

I have her ancestry, but noting more on these Ames, or John's ancestry.

Anyone out there with a sledge hammer to knock a hole in this brick wall?
