For the biographical info go to the www.usgenweb.com and make your way to the Cattaraugus County, NY website. They have transcribed more than one gazetteer on their website. They also have most of the cemetaries.
As far as a map/atlas, D.G. Beers did one in 1869 by township with residents and business plotted on it. It has been filmed by the Family History Library in Salt Lake City and is available to order through your local family history center - check out www.familysearch.org for closest one to you.
