Hi, I'm a couple years late here, but some of the names you mentioned can be found just south of Broome County NY in Susquehanna County PA. The Montrose area most specifically. West, Heath (check Choconut lots of Heaths in the French & Indian War Cemetery), Gage, Meeker, and a few of the others.
