If it`s any help, on the 1900 census there is a Charles Hungerford, b. Dec. 1862, in Windsor, Broome Co. His wife is Ella. The Charles Hungerford in Marbletown, Ulster Co. in 1900 was b. April 1863, wife Mary. I think he`s your Charles. He`s been married for 14 yrs. which would date his marrying Mary to 1885/86. If you haven`t done so you might try to find a marriage record for them in Ulster Co. That may list his parents. The town clerks hold marriage records. You might have to try more than one town. Marbletown & also the town where Mary Flynn lived in 1880. According to the 1880, I think she was in Kingston.
