The problem is, there is no related family at the address William Paley and Charles Todd were actually living at. On the date of the census, April 20th, they were both boarding with the family of Rebecca Hill at 476 VanBuren St.

Paley, William - boarder
male, white, 26, single
b. England, both parents b. England, emigrated 1905, naturalization papers filed
proprietor, meat market

Todd, Charles D. - boarder
male, white, 23, single
b. England, both parents b. England, emigrated 1910, alien
salesman, meat market
