Hi Faith; Found this a couple of days ago. Maybe new to you. George Halladay Albany Evening Journal 1842 THE people of the state of New-York, to Elizabeth Ann Baker, William Y. Henderson and Elizabeth J. Henderson his wife, Ethan Adams, Simon Adams and Eunice Adams his wife, Quincy Ford, special guardian for Thaddeus Halladay, of the town of Andover, in the county of Allegany ; Simeon Dyke, place of residence unknown; Isaac Dyke, of Amity, Allegany county; Nathaniel L. Dyke, Coudersport, Potter county, Pennsylvania; Harman G. Halladay, place of residence unknown, being the widow, heirs and next of kin to Thaddeus Baker, late of the town of Andover, in the county of Allegany, deceased. Whereas Thaddeus Baker, executor of the said Thaddeus Baker, has this day offered the last will and testament of the said Thaddeus Baker, deceased, late of the town of Andover aforesaid, for probate as a will of real and personal estate you are therefore hereby cited to appear before the said surrogate, at his office in the town of Angelica, in the county of Allegany, on the 21st day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, to attend the probate of the said will. Given under the hand and official seal of the said surrogate, at Angelica, in said county, the 12th day of September, A. D. 1842 JOHN G. COLLINS, Surrogate Notify Administrator about this message?
