I am in search of a marriage Record for Jesse Briggs...born 1795 died 1868...he was born in Otsego, however he has been tracked via census to Allegany County. Wife's name is Mary (Polly)we believe her last name is Welch. However this is speculation. I have all information from this person Jesse Briggs...up to and including myself...he is our brick wall.
