Aimee, Thanks for the information. I am still interested in information on David. My greatgrandfather William, was the son of Winslow Howe. William's death certificate states he was born in Spafford, which is Onondaga. There is a Winslow Howe in Stafford, Genesee at the time of William's birth, 1826. So I have never been sure weather he was born in Spafford or Stafford. I would like to find out more about David. I think he had a brother or son Hezekiah who was in Onondaga and then moved to Allegany.
Where did you find out his confession and where he was born? Do you know where salisbury, NY is? I will need to get on the NY website to find out, I guess. Anyway, if you want to email me directly, feel free. I would like to talk to you. Thanks. Patti
