Lewis Family VA to NJ to NY & PA (mid-1700s to late 1800s)

Looking for help on my Lewis Line: VA to NJ to NY and PA
(mid-1700s to late 1800s)
I have a Joseph Lewis born in 1742 in Goochland, VA. He married Catherine Lacey in 1769 in Elizabethtown, Essex, New Jersey. She was the daughter of Abraham Lacey, Sr, and Rachel Broadwell. They had 6 children:Elizabeth, Sarah,Jane, David, Charles and John Lacy.
I descend from David's son Thomas E. Lewis. David may have had two wives. One was Frances Swan. David's family moved from NJ to eastern NY(Tompkins County) to Western NY and Western PA. David's son Thomas settled in Amity, then Scio, Allegany County, NY and the other son,Jacob, settled in McKean County PA. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
