I am searching for information about Richard and Elizabeth Lawson. They may have appeared on the 1840 Albany Ward 4 census. The couple on this census had two children with them of the appropriate ages.

Richard and Elizabeth were living in Buffalo by 1845 where the next child was born. They immigrated here from England sometime after 1838. Elizabeth died in Buffalo in 1849, and Richard remarried.

Does anyone recognize this couple? They had four children born between 1835 and 1848 - Edward, Elizabeth, William Watson, and Richard H.

Thank you. Barbara
