Seek info re James Torrance and Jessie Kirkpatrick who came from Scotland and settled in Green Island,NY. He was an iron dealer, born circa 1822 Scotland.Residing with them in the 1880 Census for Green Island was Grace Kirkpatrick, widow,age 84, born circa 1796 in Scotland, mother of Jessie who married James Torrance.Also seek info re William A. Torrance,moulder, and wife Inez Groat of Green Island whom I believe to be a son of James and Jessie Torrance.Also in the 1880 census of Green Island.Thanks. Eunice Vittum
