I don't think you will be able to get anyone to do this for you. In the first place, the 1955 NYS census is not indexed and secondly, at that time, West Troy consisted of Watervliet, Cohoes, Green Island and a few other small districts - it is huge. Looking anyone up would be near impossible to do very easily. However, the LDS has that census and you could order it at a LDS location near you and try to do it yourself.
