DISPATCHES --
From Virginia, Nev., Feb. 23 -- Early this morning the dead body of Geo. DOUGHERTY was discovered lying beside a flume used as a sidewalk below the white house, lower Gold Hill. He had evidently stepped or slipped accidentally off the flume, striking upon his head in such a manner as to break his neck, causing instant death.
