Terry Lee Ricks passed away July 6, 2009 in Corona, California at the age of 78 years. Born in Alvevado, Texas.
He has lived in La Sierra for 43 years. He served our country during the Korean War in the U.S. Marine Corps. Mr. Ricks was a Welder with Union Local 250 for 42 years and was an exceptional pipe fitter.
Terry enjoyed fishing, hunting, water skiing and traveling to Texas to hunt deer with his brother-in-law, Harold, and his nephew, Marshall Higginbotham. He married Clara Adcock August 5, 1951 in Cleburne, Texas whom he has loved dearly for 57 years.
Mr. Ricks is survived by his beloved wife, Clara Ricks, always and forever loved. Loving father of Melba Dean Martin, Donna Lee Deguire and Connie Roldam, all of Riverside, CA.
Dear brother of Florance Higginbotham, Linda Margaret Newman, Mildred Ann Bryant and Bonnie Lewellen Lirette. Devoted grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
