BAKER filed an application in the Court of the 5th Judicial District, on Thursday, for a decree of divorce from his wife, Kate A. BAKER. The complaint of plaintiff sets for that the parties were married March 12th, 1857, and that they temporarily removed to Dayton, Nevada Territory, with an expressed view of returning to this county. Plaintiff returned to his home in this county during the same month, but his wife refused to accompany him, persisting in remaining in Nevada Territory. The plaintiff avers, to the best of his knowledge and belief, that the defendant is guilty of adultery, and that she is now, or was until recently, cohabiting with a certain man in Nevada Territory. He, therefore, applies for a divorce upon the ground of violation of marriage vow, infidelity and disobedience. The Court ordered the publication of summons to defendant in the time and manner prescribed by law. Notify Administrator about this message?
