Virginia City Resident Dies
Mrs. Venus Waugh of Virginia City died in Carson Tahoe hospital Friday morning. She was the wife of Fred L. Waugh, retired mining man, of Virginia City.
Mrs. Waugh, 64, had been ill for some time. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Betty Maxwell of Virginia City; two sons, Fred S. Waugh of Sutherland, OR and Arthur T. Waugh, Santa Clara, CA, and 8 grands....Lone Mt Cemetery in Carson.

Age 37, died Monday morning of a brief illness shortly after her arrival in Ely to visit a sister Mabel (Mrs James Duffy)
Born in Tomahawk, WI, came with her father Samuel Boggs in 1905. Mrs. Waugh will be buried in Reno where her father and brother, Arthur Boggs, who was killed in a mining accident 3 years ago in Grass Valley, are interred.Husband, 3 children, cousin of Mrs. Stanley Jackson of Reno.
