OWEN, Russell J., 66, of 3840 Hazelwood St. died Monday, in a local hospital. Born July 19, 1904 at Princeton, Mo. Resident of the area 18 months. Retired clerk. Survived by his wife, Laurine of Las Vegas; a daughter, Donna Wessell of Newburg, N.Y.; and a sister, Helen Reed of Sun City, Calif. Graveside services at 2 p.m. Thursday at Palm Memorial Park. The Rev. Richard Allen Markle of the First Presbyterian Church, officiant Palm Mortuary.
